Practical products for the home, sold direct to consumers in English-speaking markets through paid social.
Strong results from a skinny operation. We build and operate direct-to-consumer online brands, and put the same paid-media, ecommerce and AI systems to work for a small number of partners.
Start a conversationWe own and operate a portfolio of direct-to-consumer online stores. Each brand runs on its own storefront with its own customers, payments and fulfilment. We don't list them here; details are available to partners and providers on request.

Stores built around a rotating selection of validated products, used to test demand before a product earns its own brand.
Shopify storefronts, Stripe and Shopify Payments for checkout, Meta Ads for acquisition, and in-house tooling for product research and reporting.
The same systems we use on our own brands, offered to a small number of outside businesses. Each engagement is measured against one number: what it returns. No retainers for activity, no decks for the sake of decks.
Planning, launching and scaling paid campaigns on Meta and Google, with creative testing and measurement set up so decisions are made on data, not opinion.
Shopify builds, landing pages and the operational plumbing behind them: offers, checkout, fulfilment workflows and the unit economics that keep a store honest.
Custom tools and automations built on modern AI models: market monitoring, content pipelines, internal assistants and the glue between the systems a business already uses.
The name is the method. Strong on results and accountability. Skinny on overhead, meetings and everything else that doesn't move a number.
Strong & Skinny LLC is a digital commerce company registered in New Mexico. We build and operate our own direct-to-consumer brands, and our team has run paid media and ecommerce operations since 2017. Alongside the brands, we take on a small number of partner engagements and stay close to the numbers.
Most engagements start with a defined scope and a clear metric. If we can't identify the number a project should move, we'll say so before anyone signs anything.
